FAQ'S

1. What is the temperature inside of the caverns? The caverns stay at a constant temperature of 60 degrees. Because of the 100% humidity inside of the caverns, the temperature feels more like 70 degrees
2. How long is the tour? The tour lasts 1 hour and is a 1/3 of a mile walk.

4. How often do the tours go? Tours leave every hour beginning on the half hour. The first tour leaves at 9:30 A.M. and the last tour leaves at 4:30 P.M. (November-March) and at 5:30 P.M. (April-October).

5. Are pets allowed inside of the caverns? Only small pets that be carried throughout the caverns are allowed. Service animals are allowed.
6. Are cameras or video recorders allowed inside of the caverns? Yes, both cameras and video recorders are allowed
7. Do you close when it rains? No, the park always stays open. However, a few of our attractions can not operate in the rain. Those include;Potty Racers, Bathtub Racers, and Pedal Go Karts.
8. What type of food do you offer at the Park? We have a snack bar located in the Gift Shop that serves hot dogs, pizza, nachos, cold sandwiches, chips, drinks, and ice cream.

9. What Credit Cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
10. Do you have picnic areas around the park? Yes we have several picnic tables around the park and you are welcome to bring your own picnic lunch into the park. Just no glass containers please.
11. Are there any age, height, or other restriction for your attractions? Some of the attractions do have restrictions, please visit the attractions page to view specific restrictions.
